SpanishLegal helps people and businesses organize Spanish legal matters, prepare a structured case, and decide whether to share that case with a suitable Spanish legal professional.

What We Collect

We collect account details, contact details, language and location preferences, acquisition source information, intake answers, case narratives, uploaded evidence, AI-generated case summaries, payment status, subscription entitlement, introduction decisions, and firm response records.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, app version, source domain, UTM parameters, request identifiers, audit events, and operational logs.

How We Use Data

We use this information to:

AI Processing

SpanishLegal uses AI to structure intake information, summarize documents, identify evidence gaps, and prepare draft case context. AI output is not legal advice and can be wrong or incomplete. Important deadlines, rights, claims, contracts, filings, and decisions should be reviewed by a qualified professional.

We record whether you consent to AI processing for a case. Where AI processing is enabled, your case information may be sent to the configured AI provider solely for the purpose of operating SpanishLegal.

Sharing With Firms

We do not reveal your full case file to a firm just because a firm is a possible match. A firm may first receive a redacted opportunity summary. Your full prepared brief and selected evidence are shared only after the introduction flow and commercial access checks allow it.

Payments

Payment providers and app stores process payment details. SpanishLegal stores payment status, provider references, entitlement state, ledger entries, refunds, and subscription records needed to operate the product and support customers.

Retention And Deletion

We keep case, audit, payment, and introduction records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, protect users and firms, and understand business performance. You may request export, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Some records may need to be retained where law, accounting, security, or dispute handling requires it.

Security

Uploaded evidence is stored under generated storage keys. Original filenames are metadata only. Access to sensitive case information is limited by role, entitlement, introduction state, and audit controls.
